"Ordered a new Kipling power rocker recliner lazy boy chair in November of 2022. The staff and owners there are great product came in and they delivered it shortly thereafter took about 8 weeks. Just a word of advice whatever chair you are considering to purchase make sure you place it against the wall at the store to see the correct dimensions of what distance you need and what space it will take and compare maybe that chair and others against the wall. Also each chair comes in different heights make sure you get the one that's correct for you. On a final note would make another purchase there for a lazy boy chair etc."
